As Fundraising and Community Manager, my role is essential in achieving our organization’s goals by leading fundraising campaigns, cultivating donor relationships, and creating a vibrant, engaged community around our mission. With my persuasive skills, and my background in strategic planning, I’ll be able to expand the project and help raise the funds needed to achieve each projects, as well as establish and maintain authentic links within our community, to ensure progress.

As BIJ Group’s Content Creator, I’m committed to promoting and animating BIJ Group’s social networks. Promoting the programs we offer to young people in Haiti. In overall, my role is to build the online presence, by sharing our experiences and reach a wider audience trough multimedia content.
Project Officer

As a Project Officer, my goal is to ensure the successful operationalization of our projects that will lead to the achievement of our mission. With several experiences in project analysis and management, I hope, through our work at BIJ, to increase efficiency in the implementation of programs and promote training, and most importantly to inspire and contribute to the creation of more opportunities for young people.
Finance Manager
Emilus Beepen
As a Finance Manager, my role is to plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of BIJ Group. Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization. I am also responsible for the budget planning and supports the executive management team by offering insights and financial advice to make decisions.
IT Support Manager
Marconi Sanon
As an IT Support Manager, my role is to lay out the query escalation process for troubleshooting and to ensure that the helpdesk system remains fit for BIJ Group’s purposes. I also take care of everything related to our database, server, websites and social media security.
